Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at SnuggleDogz.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Products can be exchanged if they meet the criteria detailed below.
Exchanges in relation to incorrect sizing are completely at our discretion. We provide extensive sizing information against each product, as well as a sizing guide on how to properly measure your dog, both on each product and in our FAQs. It is the obligation of the buyer to properly measure their dog prior to placing an order, and if SnuggleDogz feels this has not happened, we have the right to refuse the exchange.
Our products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
- The product was received within the last 7 days
- The product is in secure and suitable packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
- The product was not purchased whilst on sale
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs in relation to the exchange. We highly recommend that all returns are sent via a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Additional monies and store credits
If the exchange results in a lesser amount becoming due, then a store credit for the appropriate amount will be issued.
If the exchange results in a greater amount becoming due, then an invoice will be issued for the additional amount and full payment will be required before the exchange is processed and your item shipped, this includes any shipping costs to send the replacement items.
Notifying us of an exchange
Please contact us before sending any products for exchange. All exchange requests must be made in writing to email@example.com
We do not accept exchange requests via any other method or email address. If exchange requests are made via our chat system or via any other email address they will not be processed.
Once you have emailed us and we have confirmed the details of your exchange, you can return the product to:

If you used a discount code on your initial order, this will be honoured and applied on your exchange items as well.
Faulty or damaged items
If you received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
