'NO FUSS' RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at SnuggleDogz. Whilst we are sure you will love our products, sometimes you or your pooch may have a change of mind when your product arrives.
We want to make sure you love your purchase, so ensure you reach out to us within 14 days of receipt and we can lend a paw with getting things sorted as quickly as possible.
Returns
Our products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received within the last 14 days
- The product is in secure and suitable packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
- The product was not purchased whilst on sale
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.
Notifying us of a return
Please contact us before returning any products to us. All return requests must be made in writing to online@snuggledogz.com
We do not accept return requests via any other method or email address. If return requests are made via our chat system or via any other email address they will not be processed.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs in relation to the return. We highly recommend that all returns are sent via a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Store Credit
We do not provide refunds, we issue store credits only. Once the items are received back and have been fully checked, we will issue you with a store credit for the value paid for the items. This can be used to immediately purchase any items in the online store.

Discount codes
One time discount codes are not transferable.
Faulty or damaged items
If you received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
